How to create news website in blogger 

Step 1. Firstly open your browser in your phone or laptop and search for blogger.com

Step 2. Then Signup with your Gmail account 

Step 3. It ask you add title for your website so here you need to add a title for your website (i.e.  if your website base on Hindi news then type Best Hindi News Portal)

Step 4. When you ad the title for your website then it ask you to add description for your website so here you need to add description for your website ( i.e. if your website base on Hindi News then type your website name is the best Hindi News portal on this portal you get daily update about tech , sports , Bollywood , and much more in Hindi Language ) 

Step 5. After adding title and description in your website So, now you need to add name (url) of your website . URL means name of your website ( i.e. you are visit my website by using this url https://technicalpdb.blogspot.com/ 

Step 6. After adding title , description and url of your website  your website is created but it not completed properly now you need to add a theme to make your website good looking

How to add theme in Blogger

Step 1. On left side of menu you found a option theme click on theme option then it redirect you to new page

Step 2. On theme page you can found a customize option with customize option you can found a arrow click on that arrow and then restore and upload

Step 3. After clicking on upload option you need to choose a file which you want to add in xml type i am giving a free in last of this blog you can download it from last of this blog

Step 4. After completing these steps your website is ready
